Synthesia is seeking a GTM Methodology Lead to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves owning the global rollout, adoption, and scale of core revenue methodologies across Sales and Post-Sales.
About the Role
As a GTM Methodology Lead, you will be responsible for embedding a shared revenue language across the global GTM organization, driving consistent execution throughout the customer lifecycle, and partnering with various teams to accelerate revenue growth and forecast accuracy. Key responsibilities include owning the vision and strategy for MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, designing training programs, and establishing KPIs to measure effectiveness.
About You
Required:
6–8+ years in revenue enablement, sales leadership, or GTM strategy roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
Deep, hands-on expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, with proven experience leading enterprise-scale rollouts.
Experience building and scaling a shared revenue language across cross-functional GTM teams.
Proven ability to embed methodologies into CRM systems, operating rhythms, and inspection frameworks.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
