Summary
Asana is seeking a GTM Sales Comp Analyst to join their team in Chicago, IL. The role involves managing the administration of compensation programs for go-to-market teams, ensuring clarity and precision across incentive structures.
About the Role
As a GTM Sales Comp Analyst, you will be the primary administrator for EOM and EOQ commissions in Xactly, serve as the main point of contact between Sales and Finance for compensation-related matters, manage headcount changes, review contractor work, collaborate with Revenue Operations, and oversee the documentation lifecycle of compensation agreements. Regular audits will be performed to ensure accuracy in commission calculations and payouts.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in using Xactly for compensation management.
Preferred:
- Experience with Anaplan.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or other statistical software.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations related to compensation (e.g., SOX).
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
