About the Role
As the GTM Sales Leader, you will create and implement a sales strategy focused on prospecting and closing new business accounts across North America. You will develop relationships with C-Level executives, create solution selling strategies, and drive revenue targets while delivering presentations on UST's capabilities.
About You
Required:
- At least 15 years’ experience in new logo acquisition and strategic client growth.
- At least 8 years selling IT Consulting/Services solutions in the Banking & Financial Services vertical in North America.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and engage with C-level executives.
Preferred:
- Experience in unseating competitors from premium accounts.
- Exposure to strategic partners and ability to establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strong background in global delivery service models.
