Harvey is seeking a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to join their Revenue Operations team in New York, United States. The role involves owning the analytical and strategic planning that connects the go-to-market strategy to execution, including revenue targets and cross-functional initiatives.
About the Role
As a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading GTM planning processes, conducting structured analysis on high-priority strategy questions, building and maintaining planning models, driving cross-functional planning initiatives, and developing executive-ready narratives and dashboards.
About You
Required:
4–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience owning GTM planning, capacity modeling, or strategic analysis in a sales-led organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and work with incomplete data.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, strong judgment, and data-backed recommendations.
Experience operating autonomously as a senior individual contributor, owning projects end-to-end without people management.
