About the Role
As a Guest Ambassador, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing visitor passes, communicating directions, and safeguarding patient visitation rights. Your daily tasks will include directing conference participants, escorting patients, answering telephone inquiries, enforcing access control, and maintaining a professional appearance at the information desk. You will also conduct environmental observations and handle routine inquiries while ensuring a smooth transition of work with colleagues.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years working experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years experience in front desk/reception or hospitality.
- Patient Advocacy Certification.
- Bilingual.
