About the Role
As a Guest Services Specialist, you will create a positive impression through high-quality engagement and customer service recovery. You will support patients and families by orienting them to the hospital environment, amenities, and resources. Additionally, you will facilitate communication and problem resolution between unit staff and patients/families, manage the lost and found process, and provide information on local lodging and amenities.
About You
Required:
- AA degree preferred or 3 years of customer service experience in healthcare or related service industry.
- Experience must include supervision or leading the work of others.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Results-oriented with the ability to teach and train others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
