About the Role
As a Habilitation Manager, you will collaborate with the Clinical Manager and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals. Your responsibilities will include making regular client visits, evaluating progress, maintaining communication with Case Managers, supervising Habilitation Technicians, and participating in client-specific orientations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must be a Qualified Professional with a minimum of 1 year of post-degree experience with I/DD population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility.
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
