About the Role

As a Hall 1 RAW - Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for preparing employee work schedules, managing time away from work requests, training and guiding production staff, ensuring adequate raw materials inventory, and resolving labor relations issues. You will also track downtime issues and foster a safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
2+ years of supervision or management experience, preferably in a food processing environment.

Preferred:

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food manufacturing, including USDA requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
