About the Role
As a Hand Hygiene Observer, you will be responsible for performing direct observations of hand hygiene practices, entering data into collection software, and assisting with quality improvement projects related to hand hygiene. You will communicate any urgent issues regarding compliance to IPC leadership and support various IPC initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Detail oriented, effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- College degree or courses in progress.
- 0-3 years of work experience preferred.
- Advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite applications and/or other web-based applications (e.g. REDCap).
