About the Role
As a Hardware Application Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical interface with OEM and SoC design teams for high-speed IO system design requirements. You will own LPDDR5X memory support, lead IO design reviews, and drive validation and optimization for various high-speed interfaces. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with partners to ensure robust system integration and performance.
About You
Required:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in system-level hardware design (SoC, GPU/CPU, power, high-speed interfaces).
- 3+ years’ experience supporting high-speed IO (USB-C/USB4, PCIe, HDMI, DP, WiFi, Audio, Camera) in hardware/system roles.
- Solid understanding of electrical and thermal requirements for high-power SoC/GPU/CPU systems.
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience working with external partners (OEM/ODM or silicon partners).
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in Notebook design, LPDDR5x.
- Experience with ARM, PMIC, regulators.
- Hardware design knowledge of PCIe, I2C, DP/eDP/HDMI, USB-C, WiFi, Audio.

- Base salary range of $116k–$189.75k for Level 2 and $136k–$218.5k for Level 3.
