Summary

Actalent is seeking a Hardware Engineer to join their team in Cedarburg, WI. The role involves complete lifecycle PCB schematic capture and layout in Altium Designer, as well as collaboration with various teams for board bring-up and verification.

About the Role

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for routing high-speed digital signals and memory interfaces, designing and validating power distribution networks, generating and managing Bill of Materials (BOMs), and conducting Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT) reviews. This position offers remote flexibility 2-3 days a week and is a Contract to Hire role.

About You

Required:

Experience with PCB schematic capture and layout in Altium Designer.
Knowledge of high-speed digital signal routing and memory interfaces.

Preferred:

Familiarity with power distribution network design and signal integrity validation.
Experience collaborating with software, mechanical, and test teams.
