About the Role
As an HCM Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, presenting Paylocity services, preparing proposals, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will work in a competitive, quota-driven environment targeting medium-sized businesses and will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales position.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and the Internet.
