About the Role
About You
- 8+ years of experience in HCM/Payroll implementation and architecture.
- Strong expertise in US Payroll processing and compliance.
- Experience working as a Solution Architect / Functional Architect in large-scale projects.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HCM platform (Workday / Oracle HCM Cloud / SAP SuccessFactors / ADP).
- Deep understanding of US Taxation (Federal, State, Local), Garnishments, Benefits deductions, Year-end processing, and Time & Labor integration.
- Experience designing integrations (APIs, file-based, middleware).
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in multi-state payroll environments.
- Prior experience in a Contract-to-Hire engagement.
- Certification in Workday/Oracle/SAP Payroll (if applicable).
- Experience in Financial integration (Payroll to GL).
