- NQF Level 7: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a business development manager, with 3 years at senior management level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent financial management skills.
- Combination of private/public/non-profit sales experience.
