About the Role
As the Head, Dermatology, US Medical Affairs- Immunology, you will be responsible for leading the Dermatology team in developing a scientifically aligned strategy for evidence generation. You will oversee data dissemination approaches, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and manage clinical trials and studies. Additionally, you will represent Medical Affairs leadership and contribute to annual business planning and budget decisions.
About You
Required:
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, and/or MD) required.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of combined relevant clinical and/or pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required.
- Strong leadership skills with highly collaborative instincts.
Preferred:
- Immunology and/or Dermatology therapeutic area experience highly preferred.
- Experience with clinical research design and conduct of clinical trials highly desirable.
- Previous direct people management experience is highly preferred.
- Experience leading directly or indirectly Field (MSLs) and inhouse Medical Affairs teams is highly desirable.
