About the Role
About You
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- Significant experience leading complex ADAS or autonomous driving software programs from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML-driven autonomy systems.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience managing large global engineering teams.
- Hands-on technical understanding of ADAS architecture for L2+ / L3 systems.
- Strong programming background (C++, Python or similar).
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and ML training infrastructure.
- 10+ years in software engineering within autonomous vehicles, robotics, or embedded systems.
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and program management.
- Strong ability to work with C-suite leadership on long-term technology vision.
- Deep understanding of automotive industry standards, safety, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience building cloud-based AI platforms for multi-customer deployments.
