- Experience in business strategy development and change management.
- Exceptional business judgment and ability to advise senior leadership.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience establishing operational frameworks and metrics for new/growing teams.
- Knowledge of generative AI applications for process automation and industry trends.
- Background working with enterprise software, cloud, or B2B technology companies.
- Program/project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
