Summary
Method is seeking a Head of Customer Success to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves architecting and executing the post-sales engine that drives Method's growth and building world-class customer relationships.
About the Role
As the Head of Customer Success, you will own the entire customer lifecycle, from signed contracts through onboarding, steady-state operations, renewal, and expansion. You will design and manage the CS Operating System, lead and scale the customer success team, optimize the onboarding and implementation lifecycle, and serve as the voice of the customer internally. Your success will be measured by Time-to-Value (TTV), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and the efficiency of the CS organization you build.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years in client-facing roles, including experience leading customer success strategies and managing fintech partnerships.
- Proven track record in consulting, pre-sales, technical customer success, or similar roles demonstrating measurable operational and commercial impact.
Preferred:
- Experience in finance or fintech industries.
- Familiarity with Linear, Retool, and modern CS tech stacks.
