- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related STEM fields, or experience in software development.
- 10+ years of experience in developer education, developer experience, developer relations, technical content leadership, or related roles.
- Deep technical fluency and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proven success creating structured learning paths and educational content that improve user outcomes.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and community teams.
- Experience with AI-assisted or intelligent developer tools.
- Experience writing technical articles, speaking at technology conferences, and contributing to open source.
- Experience growing or leading an education, DevRel, or developer experience organization.
- Track record improving developer onboarding and retention through education investments.
