About the Role
As the Head of Enterprise Learning & Development, you will define and own the 3-5 year enterprise learning strategy, identify future capability requirements, establish enterprise standards for leadership development, and ensure learning investments support long-term competitiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, align learning priorities to strategic initiatives, and manage the enterprise learning budget while maintaining a high-performing team.
About You
Required:
- 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated success leading multi-year, enterprise-wide learning strategies in complex organizations.
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and Board-level discussions.
Preferred:
- Masters, PhD/MD preferred.
- Proven experience managing significant budgets and enterprise vendor portfolios.
- Experience designing and overseeing executive coaching programs.
