Zinnia is seeking a Head of Enterprise Quality and Controls to join their team in Greenwich, CT - Hybrid. The role involves leading the design, integration, and governance of a next-generation control environment to ensure operational excellence and regulatory assurance.
About the Role
As the Head of Enterprise Quality and Controls, you will be responsible for architecting a risk-aligned control framework, driving enterprise-wide adoption of layered control models, overseeing SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements, and leading the automation of enterprise controls across various platforms. You will also promote the Three Lines of Defense model and represent Zinnia in control governance with clients.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of leadership in enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, internal audit, or operational quality, ideally with experience in financial services, insurance, or fintech.
- Proven authority in managing external assurance frameworks (e.g., SOC 1/2, SOX, ISO 27001) at scale.
- Sophisticated understanding of control tooling and automation platforms.
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or digital transformation background.
- Demonstrated experience embedding Three Lines of Defense models in complex organizations.
