About the Role
As the QHSE Director, you will oversee all occupational safety and health program elements, communicate HSE performance to executive leadership, implement hazard reduction projects, ensure compliance with regulations, drive improvements in HSE culture, conduct incident investigations, and maintain HSE metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
- Minimum 12+ years of QHSE experience with at least 7 years in the chemical industry.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as CSP, CEP, Hazpower, ISO, ICS, and ER.
- Experience auditing PSM, RMP, LOTO, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Confined Space, Work Permits, Hazardous Waste, NPDES, Stormwater, SPCC.
