About the Role
As the Head of Financial Communications, you will be a key strategic partner responsible for all financial messaging, disclosure, and internal communications activities. You will work closely with the CFO, manage cross-functional coordination, and develop a wide range of financial communications materials. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure readiness for public company operations.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, corporate affairs, or executive communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting a company through an IPO or other major liquidity or financial transformation event.
- MBA or advanced degree.
