About the Role

As the Head of Global Employment Law, you will manage all legal HR, employment, and recruiting matters for the company and its global affiliated entities. You will provide legal advice for HR, finance, and recruiting departments, advise on executive compensation and employee retention, lead a team of employment attorneys, and build a global employment legal infrastructure. You will also support HR with internal investigations and collaborate with product and business development teams.

About You

Required:

Active membership with a state bar or eligibility to practice as a registered in-house counsel.
10+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal team working on employment matters.
Expert in US employment law and cross-jurisdictional matters.

Preferred:

Expert in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating offer letters, employment agreements, and severance agreements.
Proven ability to build trust and provide practical, business-oriented advice to cross-functional partners.
Experience in advising on compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and equity.
