About the Role
As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for owning the social presence of Replika, building relationships with creators and influencers, creating viral moments around product launches, and driving organic buzz across various platforms. You will work closely with leadership to shape the brand voice and experiment with different marketing strategies to achieve growth.
About You
Required:
Proven track record of making things go viral repeatedly.
Experience in a growth, marketing, or founder role at a consumer startup.
Deep understanding of internet culture and what drives engagement.
Hands-on approach with the ability to create content and engage directly with the audience.
Excellent communication skills with a bold yet sensitive approach.
Preferred:
Experience as a founder or early employee at a successful consumer company.
Background in building hype around fundraising or major announcements.
Ability to grow a personal following or community from scratch.
Experience with AI products, gaming communities, or emotionally engaging consumer applications.
