Rehearsals is seeking a Head of Growth to lead their growth strategy and execution in New York City Metropolitan Area. This hybrid role combines sales leadership, marketing, and creative operations.
About the Role
As the Head of Growth, you will own the growth strategy for Rehearsals, manage the sales pipeline, create content and social strategies, develop messaging, represent the voice of the customer, design data-driven experiments, leverage various tools for scaling results, and build systems for repeatable growth.
About You
Required:
Proven record of creating both social and commercial growth.
At least 5,000 followers across personal platforms or demonstrated ability to grow brand accounts to 50,000+ followers, or verifiable contribution to $10M+ in pipeline or revenue generation.
Strong background in sales development, marketing strategy, and brand growth.
Hands-on experience with short-form content (filming, editing, and distribution).
Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Analytical mindset with deep intuition for human behavior and storytelling.
Comfort with ambiguity and high expectations.
