Causaly is seeking a Head of Growth to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves defining and executing the growth strategy for their AI platform aimed at enhancing scientific research productivity.
About the Role
As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building and owning the growth business, developing acquisition engines, designing user onboarding processes, creating retention loops, driving monetization experiments, and maintaining high-velocity experimentation. You will operate with high autonomy and be expected to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate growth execution.
About You
Required:
- 5-6 years of experience in growth/product-led roles with proven ownership of activation, retention, and conversion outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in funnels and cohorts, and experience in instrumentation and KPIs.
- Builder mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and high autonomy.
Preferred:
- Experience in building sharing/referral loops and incentive mechanics.
- Experience in scaling from individual users to teams.
- Familiarity with scientific, data-heavy, or regulated workflows.
