Thera is seeking a Head of Growth to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves owning the experiment engine to drive activation, retention, referrals, and channel expansion for their product.
About the Role
As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for leading growth experiments from hypothesis to results, managing customer activation and onboarding, enhancing retention and expansion within existing accounts, and developing referral programs. You will also conduct channel testing across SEO, partnerships, and community, while utilizing growth analytics and dashboards to inform decisions. Your goal is to create a repeatable experiment engine that drives meaningful revenue growth.
About You
Required:
3 to 6 years of experience in growth, product growth, or sales.
Proven track record of owning experiments end to end and delivering results.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
Preferred:
Experience in early-stage startups.
Builder mindset with the ability to initiate projects without perfect resources.
Excellent communication skills to translate findings into actionable insights.
