About the Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, including messaging, product marketing, content creation, demand generation, and public relations. You will lead efforts in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), manage digital strategy, and build a marketing team as the company grows. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new category in healthcare AI and craft the identity of a rapidly growing company.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience building and leading a marketing function in a fast-growing startup.
- Strong portfolio of prior marketing work demonstrating clarity, creativity, and impact.
- Deep experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and multi-channel outbound motions within B2B enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated success driving top-of-funnel pipeline, demand generation, and measurable revenue outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, funnel management, and experiment design.
- Hands-on execution ability across content, campaigns, messaging, events, digital, and brand.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or selling into health systems.
- Demonstrated success in building a category or launching a net-new product.
- A strong personal social presence and ability to leverage it for thought leadership and brand amplification.
