Toka is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team in Washington, DC. The role involves owning and executing the go-to-market strategy for U.S. federal, defense, and intelligence customers.

About the Role

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the B2G marketing strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and field marketing. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Business Development to drive pipeline and growth in the public sector cybersecurity market. Key responsibilities include developing compliant content for government buyers, managing agencies and freelancers, and supporting sales teams across procurement cycles.

About You

Required:

7+ years of B2B/B2G marketing experience.
Proven experience in defense and/or intelligence markets.
Strong product marketing background in cybersecurity or complex technology.
Deep understanding of federal procurement and buying processes.
Hands-on mindset, comfortable doing and leading.
Experience working closely with Sales in the DC ecosystem.

Preferred:

Network in DoD, IC, DHS, or federal system integrators.
Experience with Zero Trust, threat intelligence, or cyber defense solutions.
