About the Role
About You
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 10 years in managed services.
- Deep expertise in Service Design, DevOps practices, SRE principles, and automation strategy.
- Proven experience implementing AIOps, GenAI, and advanced observability platforms.
- Strong track record of business development, revenue growth, and team leadership.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative service models and drive digital transformation.
- Experience designing integrated operating models for multi-vendor scenarios.
- History of successfully leading and scaling managed services operations with large teams.
