About the Role
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing business operations, people operations, internal tooling, and executive operations. Your mission is to ensure clarity, cadence, and follow-through across the company. You will run the company's operating rhythms, own finance and revenue operations, manage recruiting and onboarding, maintain reliable systems, and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Experience owning operations at a seed or Series A startup.
- Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking approach.
- Ability to ask incisive questions that improve execution and decision-making.
- Calm under pressure and steady in high-responsibility environments.
Preferred:
- Experience in building operational systems that allow teams to move faster.
- High standards for personal and team performance.
