About the Role
As the Head of Personal Investor Risk and Control Analytics, you will lead a high-performing data and analytics team, partnering with senior leadership to deliver insights that strengthen decision-making and governance. You will oversee the implementation of analytics tools, develop dashboards, and manage complex data projects while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in Data & Analytics.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing high-performing analytics teams.
- Strong background in data analytics, experimentation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), SQL, Python.
- Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
