About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in platform innovation, product strategy, or technology leadership within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading platform and technology innovation efforts from concept through execution; Java EE required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, system integrations, and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) models.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, and business units.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking, lean startup), and platform lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess technical feasibility and ROI.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing external partnerships and technology vendors.
- Passion for innovation and a strong belief in technology's power to drive business transformations.
