About the Role
As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for the vision and strategy of the Core Experiences platform, collaborating across functions to create cohesive, proactive customer experiences. You will lead the development of logic and intelligence engines that enhance cross-product workflows, ensuring a seamless integration of services. Your role will also involve institutionalizing AI practices and driving execution to deliver impactful solutions.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of hands-on product development leadership experience within an R&D team in a modern technology business.
- Direct prior platform product leadership.
- Demonstrated platform experience with a combination of systems thinking, user empathy, and a vision-driven approach to product management.
- Proven track record of driving impact with both 0 to 1 and at-scale products within a multi-product company.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Expertise in identifying and understanding patterns across interconnected systems.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to evaluate multiple paths and make effective tradeoffs.
- Experience in building with modern AI systems and mentoring others in AI fluency.

- Competitive salary range of $206k–$248k in Denver & most major metro locations, and $243k–$292k for San Francisco, Seattle & New York.
