About the Role
As the Head of Product, you will define and maintain a clear product roadmap, lead user insights and analytics using Mixpanel, and ensure smooth execution with engineering and design teams. You will focus on improving product quality and user experience across various touchpoints, while driving a culture of measurable outcomes and continuous learning.
About You
Required:
- Experience leading product in a B2C/B2B SaaS or marketplace.
- Strong Mixpanel expertise (product analytics): funnels, events, retention, dashboarding, segmentation.
- Ability to turn complex problems into clear, simple solutions.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and product judgment.
- Understanding of growth, UX, and data.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred:
- Experience building AI or recommendation-based products.
- Comfortable working in a small team with quick cycles and limited resources.
