Summary

About the Role
As the Head of Production, you will oversee all production programs, create strategic plans for the production floor, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes. You will also mentor Production Managers and foster a strong safety culture while collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs and timelines.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of construction and electrical industry.
- Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician.
- Minimum 10 years field/industrialized construction and/or manufacturing industry experience.
Preferred:
- Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
