Automation Anywhere is seeking a Head of Revenue Accounting to join their team in San Jose, CA. The role involves refining and scaling financial processes in a fast-growing, late-stage IPO company.

About the Role

As the Head of Revenue Accounting, you will collaborate with various teams to structure deals for optimal revenue recognition compliant with US GAAP. You will lead a team of 6, guide new business models, participate in close activities, prepare accounting policy memos, and create scalable revenue processes. Additionally, you will provide training to business partners and engage with external auditors.

About You

Required:

BS in Accounting or Finance
CPA or equivalent
10+ years of leadership experience
2+ years in audit of public companies
Strong expertise in ASC 606, with direct software industry experience

Preferred:

Big 4 experience
Specialty practice experience with ASC 606
Highly proficient in Excel and good with PowerPoint
Proficiency in SFDC and Workday ERP; RevPro experience is a plus
Prior IPO experience is a plus
