Check is seeking a Head of Sales & Growth to lead their Sales and Growth teams in San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on driving new partner acquisition and scaling post-sales growth while setting the vision and strategy for growth.
About the Role
As the Head of Sales & Growth, you will lead Check's Sales and Growth teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. You will serve as the executive sponsor for key prospects, advocate for partner needs, and establish clarity around partner performance. This strategic and hands-on role requires balancing commercial thinking with product curiosity to drive meaningful growth.
About You
Required:
8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or platform infrastructure.
Strong track record of driving joint growth initiatives and influencing product and go-to-market strategies.
Experience leading and developing a high-performing team across Sales and Growth.
Preferred:
Background in management consulting, product management, or GTM strategy.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
Curiosity for technical products and how they create business value.
