About the Role
As the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for attracting, closing, and onboarding exceptional talent across all functions. Your tasks will include managing the recruiting team, building efficient recruiting systems, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a stellar candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
About You
Required:
Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a recruiting team.
Preferred:
Experience in a startup environment and understanding of the startup talent landscape.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to pitch candidates effectively.
