About the Role
As the Head of Technology Operations and Resilience, you will define and lead the global strategy for production management and operations resiliency. You will oversee incident and problem management, service continuity, and operational risk governance, while driving modernization initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in technology operations, technology engineering, or production management within financial services.
- Proven leadership in managing global teams across technology, operations, and risk domains.
- Strong understanding of service continuity and operational governance.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, monitoring tools, and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred:
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate organizational complexity, and drive measurable outcomes.
