Summary
Cato Networks is seeking a Head of Training and Education to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves building and leading a global Customer and Partner Education function to enhance technical excellence across teams, partners, and customers.
About the Role
As the Head of Training and Education, you will define and execute the strategy for a world-class training portfolio, establish structured learning programs, and build scalable education offerings. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on messaging and technical accuracy, while also owning the training program's P&L and developing rigorous KPIs to measure learner proficiency and course impact.
About You
Required:
- Proven leadership running a training & education organization with P&L ownership.
- Experience launching or scaling global training or certification programs.
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally.
- Experience with LMS platforms, certification engines, lab environments, and delivery technologies.
Preferred:
- Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity platforms, or network-as-a-service ecosystems.
- Experience developing hands-on technical labs and assessments.
- Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel enablement programs.
