About the Role
As a Headguard, you will maintain constant surveillance of patrons, provide emergency care, present a professional appearance, perform maintenance duties, and prepare activity reports. You will also manage the facility and staff in the absence of the Pool Manager/Assistant Manager, ensuring all lifeguards are trained in swim lesson implementation.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 17 years of age.
- 2 years of experience as a lifeguard.
- Ability to pass Lifeguarding and CPR classes.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Skill in lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques.
Preferred:
- Good swimmer and able to work well with children.
- Experience in managing staff and facilities.
