About the Role
As a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic), you will conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction. You will support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination. Building strong relationships with patients and on-site staff is essential, as well as leading proactive injury prevention initiatives and ensuring the on-site medical facility is well-maintained.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications required.
- 3-4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or a similar field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to walk the jobsite for up to 5 hours daily.
Preferred:
- EMT/NREMT certification.
- Experience in fast-paced, independent work environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
