SOUTH PUGET INTERTRIBAL PLANNING AGENCY is seeking a Health and Wellness Programs Manager to join their team in Shelton, WA. The role involves managing and supervising Health and Wellness programs and staff, providing strategic leadership for public health initiatives serving Tribal communities.
About the Role
As the Health and Wellness Programs Manager, you will oversee federally funded programs, including cancer prevention and women's wellness initiatives. Your responsibilities will include program planning, budgeting, reporting, and partnership development, as well as ensuring compliance with grant requirements and advancing community-driven health priorities. You will collaborate with Tribal clinics and community partners to improve access to culturally responsive health resources.
About You
Required:
Master's degree in public health, health and wellness, or similar field and three years related experience in health and wellness programs.
Three years of supervisory experience of subordinate employees.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in public health, health and wellness, or similar field and five years related experience in wellness and prevention programs.
Experience working with Native American communities.
