About the Role
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for both administrative and clinical tasks. Your daily responsibilities will include greeting patients, assisting with insurance and scheduling, performing basic medical tasks like taking vital signs and drawing blood, and maintaining clean exam rooms. You will also provide patient education and support clinicians using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
About You
Required:
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service and satisfaction.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
