As a Health Information Specialist I, you will serve as the front desk point of contact for patient walk-ins requesting medical records, provide phone support to patients and providers, process ROI requests, manage medical record requests, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility policies. This hybrid role combines on-site patient-facing responsibilities with remote work as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information.
