About the Role
As a Health Information Specialist I, you will process requests for patient health information, maintain confidentiality, manage patient health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards. You will work in a high-volume production environment, documenting information across multiple platforms and assisting with various administrative duties.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong data entry skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare environment.
- Previous production/metric-based work experience.
- In-person customer service experience.
