Ash is seeking a Health Plan Sales Lead to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves leading new logo acquisition across regional commercial and Medicaid health plans, as well as executive-level digital health organizations.
About the Role
As a Health Plan Sales Lead, you will own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from targeted outbound prospecting to multi-stakeholder navigation and commercial negotiation. You will collaborate with Product Marketing and Program Management to develop tailored care-gap closure programs for payors. This is a quota-carrying, high-impact individual contributor role with significant executive visibility.
About You
Required:
6–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, ideally health plans, diagnostics, or digital health.
Proven track record of closing six-figure+ enterprise deals with Quality Improvement and Population Health buyers.
Strong acumen in Stars/HEDIS performance, care-gap closure workflows, and payor incentives.
Preferred:
Confident engaging C-suite and senior executives; strong meeting orchestration skills.
