Summary
Aon is seeking a Health Transformation - Wellbeing and Engagement Senior Consultant to join their National Health Transformation Team (HTT). This role involves supporting and delivering wellbeing and engagement solutions for employers in a virtual/hybrid environment.
About the Role
As a Wellbeing and Engagement Senior Consultant, you will drive and support client projects focused on wellbeing, caregiving, employee assistance programs, and rewards. You will manage projects, develop consulting solutions, and mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with various teams to enhance employer wellbeing strategies.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of related experience with health and benefits and/or wellbeing.
- 3+ years of employer wellbeing consulting experience.
- Experience with data analytics and measurement work.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office software.
Preferred:
- Undergraduate degree; and/or master’s degree.
